Page 1, line 8 and page 2, line 3, following "where":                      
	Delete "the accident is witnessed by a disinterested person not             
occupying the insured vehicle who will attest to the facts of the              
accident and the involvement of a motor vehicle that left the                  
accident scene without being identified"                                     
	Insert "there is evidence that a motor vehicle contributed to the           
accident and left the accident scene"                                        
                                                                               
Representative Berkowitz moved and asked unanimous consent that                
Amendment No. 1 be adopted.                                                    
                                                                               
Representative Kott objected.
